About the Position:
We are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor at Engineer Level to join the Production ELS team, reporting directly to the Production Manager.
This position is based at our office in Manesar.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Responsible for Planning, leading, organizing and controlling of the production shifts.
Responsible for address & resolve all the issues affecting the productivity and efficiency of the line with support departments (Testing, Maintenance, Logistics etc).
Coordinates projects and activities with the Support groups to improve line efficiency, FTG & scrape reduction.
Leads the manufacturing group in preparation for certification/Surveillance audits
To ensure that all machines and equipment are in good operational conditions and its accompanying log sheets are properly filled-up and counter check-autonomous maintenance.
Creating teamwork in BC like Quality circles, leading suggestion scheme etc.
Knowledge of SMT processes (solder paste printing, pick and place, reflow soldering, AOI , SPI, conformal coating) to meet automotive-grade reliability requirements
Lead 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and PFMEA investigations for Internal as well as customer related defects
Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA), Internal System Audits as per IATF Requirements to ensure compliance
Ensure ESD compliance and cleanroom standards for automotive electronics
Preparing Monthly MRM Data & Review of Production KPI : FTQ, Scrap, OEE
Managing Customer Audits on shop floor, preparing detailed action plan & implementing action plan.
What Qualifications you will bring:
B.Tech / BE in Electronics
3 to 5 years experience in Electronic Mfg. like SMT,ICT,EOL etc.
Other skills that we would welcome:
Manufacturing - Ability to manage the production in shifts in all respects (Skilled man power, material availibility, Functioning of machines & following right methods)
Production Data analysis-Analyzes and adjusts workload to the appropriate level – in sync with production capabilities/business plans
Manufacturing Shop floor mgt -Knowledge of Supply Chain Management fundamentals such as (kanban system, Inventory management,FIFO,Safety stock levels, BOM structure, etc)
Manufacturing operations-Develops/improves standard operating procedures(standardized work instruction, balancing cycle times, standardize WIP, 5S, visual controls)
Good Knowledge about SAP
Awareness on IATF 16949 :2017; IPC-610 Class 3, and customer-specific requirements (CSRs)
OHSAS /EMS System
Proficient in core tools SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, and APQP
Expectations from you in this position:
