About the Position:
We are looking for an FP&A System Administrator to join the Finance & Controlling team, reporting directly to the Global FP&A team.
This position is based at our office in Gurugram/Bengaluru, India.
As the FP&A System Administrator at Marelli, you will be responsible to oversee and optimize our financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Oversee and enhance financial systems like OneStream and various ERPs (SAP, IFS, Glovia, QAD) to boost month-end closure and planning (MTP, forecasting, budgeting).
- Manage upgrades, configurations, troubleshooting, security, and user access.
- Ensure system performance, stability, data integrity, and global compliance.
- Provide expertise in financial systems, advise teams, align with organizational goals, and recommend system enhancements to leadership.
- Identify and address financial process inefficiencies, support automation, resolve system issues, and enhance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy in OneStream.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams globally to meet requirements and integrate technological advancements.
- Conduct user training, promote system adoption, and create operational documentation and guides.
What Qualifications you will bring:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in finance systems administration or in a similar role, preferably 2-4 years’ experience in One Stream or other EPM/CPM software.
- Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in a global organization, managing cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
