About the Position:
Senior professional, technical and strategic reference, responsible for managing Controllership activities in the Brazil, ensuring global alignment with Marelli guidelines. Leads multifunctional teams, coordinates Budget, Forecast and Business Plan processes, oversees financial controls, balance sheet and investment plan, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Serves as focal point for audits, compliance and digital transformation in a multinational business environment.
Your Responsibilities will be:
• Lead Controllership operations in the Brazil units, ensuring alignment and standardization of processes according to Marelli global guidelines;
• Oversee multicultural teaams, promoting development, integration, and high performance;
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and consolidation of the Budget, Forecast, and Business Plan, addressing the needs and particularities of each country in the region;
• Analyze management reports, identify deviations, propose action plans, and implement improvements to ensure sustainable results;
• Manage periodic reporting of regional financial and accounting results, ensuring accurate calculation of costs, expenses, and performance indicators;
• Prepare and present strategic information to regional leadership, supporting decisions on expansion, investments, and negotiations with global and local clients;
• Implement special projects focused on operational efficiency, compliance, tax, legal, and innovation, aiming to optimize processes and profitability of operations;
• Coordinate annual physical inventories and stock reduction actions, aligning industrial performance and asset control;
• Monitor and signal opportunities and risks related to the investment plan of the region’s units;
• Represent the Brazil Controllership in internal committees, board meetings, and global forums.
What Qualifications you will bring:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields; postgraduate/MBA required;
• Experience: Solid experience (minimum of 4 years) as Controllership Coordinator, preferably in multinational automotive or industrial sector;
• Languages: Fluent English mandatory; Spanish/Italian highly desirable;
• Skills: Leadership, global strategic vision, ability to operate in multicultural environments, aptitude for high-level negotiations, excellent communication, advanced expertise in financial management, digital transformation and compliance.
