Sobre a vaga:

Estamos em busca de um Técnico Manutenção para compor nosso time e que será responsável pelas seguintes atividades:

Acompanhamento da montagem da planta de pintura (body paint), assim como ações e procedimentos de manutenção em máquinas e equipamentos e instalações, participando do planejamento de manutenção, criando e acompanhando os trabalhos de prestadores, controlando o consumo energia, custos de manutenção e plano de investimentos em geral.

Responsabilidades:

• Execução de Manutenção: realizar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas em equipamentos e maquinários, garantindo a segurança e a eficiência operacional;

• Diagnóstico de Problemas: identificar e solucionar problemas mecânicos, elétricos e eletrônicos em tempo hábil;

• Registros de Manutenção: manter registros detalhados das atividades de manutenção realizadas, incluindo relatórios sobre a condição dos equipamentos;

• Apoio em Melhorias: colaborar com engenheiros de produção e outros técnicos para implementar melhorias nos equipamentos e processos, visando maior eficiência e redução de paradas;

• Cumprimento de Normas: assegurar que todas as atividades de manutenção atendam aos padrões de qualidade e segurança estabelecidos pela empresa.

Requisitos:

• Diploma técnico em áreas como Mecatrônica, Eletromecânica, Manutenção Industrial ou correlatas;

• Experiência prévia em manutenção no setor automotivo ou industrial é altamente desejável;

• Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de esquemas elétricos, hidráulicos e pneumáticos. Habilidade no uso de ferramentas de diagnóstico;

• Boa capacidade de comunicação, habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;

• Certificação em segurança do trabalho pode ser um diferencial.
