About the Position:
We are looking for a FERRAMENTEIRO to join the Maintenance team.
This position is based at our office in Hortolândia - SP
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Perform preventive maintenance on plastic injection molds;
- Carry out modifications to plastic injection molds;
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assembly fixtures;
- Support production by adjusting injection molding machines, defining equipment parameters based on knowledge of tooling operation, correcting equipment settings, and ensuring the quality of molded parts;
- Disassemble and assemble molds and devices, including adjustments, repairs, replacement, refurbishment, welding, and machining of parts and devices;
- Operate machine tools, including grinding, milling, turning, and electrical discharge machining equipment, with knowledge of welding.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar software is desirable
