About the Position:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead product development and delivery projects, coordinating teams and activities across various engineering fields, including software, hardware, mechanics, optics, thermal, systems, prototyping, and testing. Your Responsibilities will be:
Responsible for leading the project, development, and delivery.
Coordinate activities in all assigned engineering areas (software, hardware, mechanical, optical, thermal, systems, prototypes, testing, etc.).
Main point of contact with the client for all engineering/product-related matters;
Responsible for delivering the planned product, from requirements analysis to factory implementation.
Responsible for leading and coordinating the resolution of complex product performance issues involving multiple (engineering) areas, clients, and/or suppliers.
Responsible for ensuring that committed product deliveries are made on time and with adequate quality;
Responsible for reporting product delivery status to the Project Manager and senior management.
Monitor the current budget compared to the planned budget and suggest measures to improve or recover the initial budget.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Leadership of engineering teams for the full development life cycle.
Escalation management.
Strong communication and moderation skills.
Communicating upwards and downwards.
Establishing and execution of project strategy.
Building self-motivated team.
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
