About the Position:
We are seeking a Software Quality Analyst to work on global automotive projects, contributing to the development of embedded solutions that impact millions of vehicles worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence throughout the entire system and software development lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure robust, compliant deliverables that meet customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities will be:
Ensure that system and software projects comply with both internal and customer quality requirements.
Promote a proactive approach to quality by supporting the identification and mitigation of risks throughout the development process.
Participate in project and process maturity assessments, monitoring the evolution of product and software quality.
Conduct audits and process evaluations based on automotive industry methodologies and standards.
Monitor quality indicators to support decision-making and the continuous improvement of projects.
Evaluate software deliverables and releases against established quality criteria.
Interpret and cascade specific customer requirements to development teams.
Serve as a liaison between Engineering, Software, Quality, Manufacturing, and customers.
Support the resolution of critical issues, deviations, and non-conformities by driving corrective and preventive actions.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of software development processes and embedded systems.
Familiarity with automotive industry methodologies and requirements, such as APQP, PPAP, Automotive SPICE, IATF 16949, and/or ISO 26262.
Experience with tools for project management, requirements management, and activity tracking.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in multidisciplinary environments.
Other skills that we would welcome:

Automotive SPICE certification.
Knowledge of specific automotive customer requirements.
Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity.
Experience with project management and embedded software development.
