About the Position:
We are looking for a [MFE Engineer] to join the [MFE Department + PS] team, reporting directly to the [MFE Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Hefei].
As the [MFE Engineer] at Marelli, you will be responsible
- Manufacturing system continuous improvements to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost, make products as competitive level.
- Provide support for the standard work methods/on site organization and train and validate operators.
- Coordinate with PLM team to introduce new project.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Working on Lather and machine center process, coordinate tool engineer to improve quality and cost down.
- Response for the machine qualification both in pre-acceptance and final acceptance phase.
- Ensure effective and in time implementation of engineering changes.
- Production manufacturing engineering documentation management. Familiar with PFMEA, SPC and MSA knowledge.
- Familiar with CNC universal grinding process and can make the problem solving independently, better to know the Siemens software.
- Working on the small hole Honing process, honing relative knowledge is plus.
- Continuously optimize the machining and grinding technical process, including the fixtures, equipment, procedure etc.
- Coordinate and solves process and technical issues discovered in project tryout and pilot.
- Training, implementation and expansion of new process and new technology.
- Support to complete the other task assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical is plus.
- Minimum 3+years working experience in CNC.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and lather machine or machine center.
- Machining problem solving, familiar with CNC program, tool and fixture designing.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawing.
- General knowledge of technical measurement, tolerance, machines parts; materials study, quality tools and gauges for dimensional control devices.
- Be familiar with IATF16949 (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA).

- Good oral and written English communication ability.
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD etc.
- Work hard, strong interpersonal and expressional abilities expression, enterprising and good team worker.
