About the Position:
We are looking for a [Shops Manager ] to join the [Production Department +PS] team, reporting directly to the [Plant Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Hefei].
As the [Job Title] at Marelli, you will be Lead the production team including the supervisor and blue collar to ensure the production and delivery to meet the customer demand. Continuous improving the production area to ensure the efficiency of manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Build up the production team according to customer demands
- Full responsible for the qualification, performance review and developing for direct blue collar.
- Full owner of the implementation of plant EHS policy in shopfloor area, and regular audit to ensure the compliance to the policy
- Establish the on-time transparency production data to support the improvement of manufacturing results
- Leading daily QRQC meeting for the daily problem solving of SQCD
- Be responsible for the production efficiency and Labor loss, driving the continuous improvement in shopfloor area
- Owner of the 5S in shopfloor, also the perimeter owner of the 5S of plant level
- Clear and transparent material flow in shopfloor, including the WIP management,
- GKD and CID perimeter owner, support the MMD, EHS_D, SCM_D and PHA;
- Budget planning of workshop consumable, and the continuous improvement from cost aspect
- Support PLM for sample building up and new project launch, also the implementation of VA/VE and PMD.
- Other tasks and activities assigned by Plant Manager.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- College degree or above major in mechanical/Automation/Industrial Engineering.
- at least 3 years’ experience with shopfloor management over 100HC in automotive industry.
- Basic knowledge for the IATF16949I（including automotive core tools）.
- Smooth English communication skill for both oral and written.
- Familiar with Microsoft office software.
- Presentation skills.
- Basic project management.
