About the Position:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join the Manufacture AL&S team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Cd. Juárez, Mex; Plant 1.
As the Manufacturing Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
To ensure that both specific and non-specific client requirements are fulfilled on time and in accordance with cost, delivery, and quality standards, thus enabling systematic planning for new project development activities through the application of advanced quality planning methodologies (APQP), concurrent engineering, lean manufacturing, and Design to Cost. Additionally, to ensure the implementation and maintenance of an industrial engineering and process management system that guarantees the company's competitiveness and leadership in the automotive market, and to serve as the managerial representative within the company
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Ensure product design and manufacturing meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow between customers, relevant departments, and quality personnel.
- Provide direct and efficient customer service.
- Participate in organizational planning to set, monitor, and achieve company objectives.
- Oversee and support the successful launch of new projects, reviewing teams and assisting engineers.
- Manage project budgets, promote cost-benefit analysis and technical improvements, and monitor expenses and purchasing.
- Administer human resources: support staff development, enforce training, manage HR processes, maintain discipline, and promote communication and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement: implement process enhancements, standardize practices, ensure documentation, and engage teams in problem solving.
- Promote and ensure compliance with relevant standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.), maintain effective management systems, identify non-conformities, and collaborate in system dissemination and application.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Education
Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineering. Desirable master’s degree in administration or industrial engineering.

Advanced English
- Experiences
"7 years in Automotive Industry 5 years in management position"
