About the Position:
We are looking for a project buyer to join the finance AL&S team, reporting directly to the
This position is based at our office in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico
As the Project Controller at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:

- Profitability assessment and monitoring throughout the projects' lifecycle (from Request for Quotation to Project closure 6 months after Start of Production);
- Challenge and support the cross functional project teams in any financial aspect of the project;
- Define, implement and follow up actions plans to achieve the projects’ financial KPIs and keep the project teams accountable of its commitments;
- Support in planning, analysis and reporting for month end and year end closing activities;
- Supporting the preparation of the short, medium and long term planning processes (Forecast, Budget, 5 year plan);
- Assure together with the plant controlling roles the correct transition from the development phases into the industrialization and ramp up phase;
- Management and controlling of project related WBS (R&D cost, CAPEX, Tooling cost and related income);
- Act as interface between the division’s Central Project Controlling team and the local/regional project controlling organization with respect to project controlling related aspects;
- Correct application of the division’s project controlling instruments and assure the compliance with Corporate Project Controlling policies and procedures;
- Being the key user for the business line’s profitability calculation tool, supporting local users;
What Qualifications you will bring:

- Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; alternatively any Engineering or ICT degree will be taken into consideration;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in any controlling area or related to costing activities;

Other skills that we would welcome:
-
- English proficiency is a must; and other language is a plus;
- Strong PC skills in Office applications. Prior exposure to SAP and to a project lifecycle costing tool (SIEMENS TcPCM or FACTON EPC) is a plus;
