About the Position:
We are looking for a Quality Manager to join the Quality Lighting team, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager.
This position is based at our office in Juarez,Chihuahua.
As the [Job Title] at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:

Lead the plant Quality Management System and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and audit activities.Monitor quality KPIs and implement actions to achieve targets.

Lead and develop the Quality team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality.
-
Support new product launches, supplier quality activities, and customer requirements.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and applicable automotive quality standards.
What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
-
5+ years of experience in Quality Management within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, and SPC.
