About the Position:
We are looking for a Shop Manager to join the Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Operation Manager.
This position is based at our office in Marelli Plant 1.
As the Job Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible...
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Application of the saturation rules of the production equipment;
- Ensure and oversee all EH&S & ISO rules and regulations are in force.
- Application of Production Programming (defined by PO), detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels.
- Management of quality control by taking responsibility and valorization of the results achievement;
- Application of the continuous improvement tools and stimulating the purposefulness and motivation;
- Application of delegation mechanism.
- Responsible of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.
- M3 Implementation Leader and Autonomous Maintenance (AM).

- Industrial Engineer
- Fluid English
- Knowledge about Budgets
- Costs
- Cost deviations
- Knowledge of environmental and security systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001, IATF) and those required by the company and customers

Expectations from you in this position:
- Knowledge and guaranteeing the required performance level of the Production Programs defined by PO (Operative Programs) in terms of quantity, quality, costs and level of service, working in collaboration with all the technical and organizational Plant structures.
- Maintaining compliance to Marelli standards, to Marelli Environment Health & Safety Corporate Policy and Local Safety and Environmental regulations and laws.
