About the Position:
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Warehouse AL&S Supervisor team, reporting directly to the Logistic Manager.
This position is based at our office in Mexico, Juárez; Plant 1.
As the Warehouse at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Ensure accurate and timely material reception, registration in system, and documentation control (invoices, transfer documents).
- Supervise product shipments and related documentation, guaranteeing traceability and compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate proper handling and placement of materials, training staff according to material characteristics.
- Maintain inventory control by registering entries/exits, regularly reconciling physical and system records, and updating SAP inventory.
- Enable efficient production by ensuring material availability and supply for production lines.
- Manage area personnel: oversee staffing, training, leave, discipline, communication, and performance evaluation; promote adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through productivity actions, execution of 5S activities, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001/45001/50001, TISAX, CSR, CTPAT).
- Ensure correct use and documentation for QMS, EMS, and Health & Safety systems; identify potential non-conformities, participate in measurement and achievement of area objectives, and promote system compliance.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Technical Certificate in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering or related field Fluent English Required
1 year of experience in the automotive industry (preferably in plastic injection molding) 2 years in a similar position - 5 years in a similar position

Other skills that we would welcome:
- Lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) beyond SAP
- Change management and adaptability to new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics tracking
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills for developing staff
- Project management capabilities for improvement initiatives
- Fluency in English and/or other languages for multinational environments
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics integration
- Customer service mindset for internal and external client interactions
- Basic budgeting and cost control knowledge
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
