About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Local Coordinator of Information Security Requirements / Quality System Engineer to join the Quality dpt. in Electronics team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.

This position is based at our office in Kechnec - Slovakia.

As the Local Coordinator of IS Requirements / Quality System Engineer, you will implement and maintain information security and quality standards, coordinating audits and risk management activities across departments. Your role ensures compliance and ongoing improvement within the organization.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Ensuring the implementation and alignment of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Planning and conducting internal audits and managing follow-up actions for non-conformities.
  • Coordinating risk management activities and supporting the definition of procedures in collaboration with other departments.
  • Managing quality system documentation, KPIs, and certification processes.
  • Communicating the status of the quality system and reporting deviations to the Quality Manager.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Demonstrated ability to implement and improve quality or information security systems.
  • Understanding of operational processes within manufacturing or automotive environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Other skills that we would welcome:

 

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and systems related to quality or information security.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the initiative to drive results.
