About the Position:
We are looking for a MES Engineer to join the Manufacturing engineering team in Electronics Business, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec.
As the MES Engineer Marelli, you will lead technical integration and optimization of MES systems. You will drive process improvements and support production teams with expert data analysis and solutions.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Serve as the technical reference for MES usage and integration in manufacturing operations.
- Develop, deploy, and continuously improve MES implementation best practices across the plant.
- Lead documentation, validation, and introduction of MES technology changes.
- Analyze MES data to identify process improvements and resolve production quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtimes and ensure compliance with company standards.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Strong technical background and experience with MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and resolve production issues using MES data.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated through teamwork with cross-functional groups.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Experience with MES software selection and hardware integration.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and process engineering.
- Ability to develop and validate technical documentation and compliance plans.
- Leadership in continuous improvement initiatives and root-cause analysis.
- Familiarity with industry standards, certifications, and supplier management.
