About the Position:
We are looking for a Material Management Leader to join the Logistics team in Electronics Business, reporting directly to the Logistic Manager.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec.
As the Material Management Leader Marelli, you will ensure smooth materials flow to support production and lead a team to optimize inventory and supplier performance. You will drive daily operations and contribute to achieving key logistic targets.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Overseeing and coordinating material flow to ensure continuous production and proper inventory levels.
- Managing supplier relationships and resolving shortages or delivery issues.
- Leading and developing the material management team to achieve operational targets.
- Optimizing transportation and stock management to support cost savings initiatives.
- Reporting and analyzing logistics KPIs, supporting continuous improvement activities.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Engineering or equivalent degree linked to logistic purchasing or economics activities.
- Proven experience in material planning, supplier management, and logistics—ideally within the automotive sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations relevant to automotive manufacturing.
- Proficiency with SAP or similar systems for materials and supply chain management.
Expectations from you in this position:
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain optimal inventory.
- Track deliveries and resolve issues related to shipments or shortages.
- Update SAP records accurately and regularly for materials movement and consumption.
- Prepare and analyze regular reports on supply chain performance.
- Communicate daily with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material flow and address any disruptions.
