About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to join the MFE dpt. in Propulsion solutions team, reporting directly to the MFE Manager.

This position is based at our office in Kechnec - Slovakia.

As the Preventive Maintenance Coordinator at Marelli, you will manage the team of maintenance technicians responsible for the maintenance of machines and production equipment in the plant.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Is member of manufacturing engineering & maintenance team and is driving processes of the PM
  • Is working on improvement of the indicators of the maintenance in the plant
  • Is responsible for the application of PM methodologies
  • Manage and coordinate tasks to ensure the good technical condition of the machines and production equipment
  • Is applying autonomous and preventive maintenance tools and optimization.
  • Maintenance and development of the LOTO program (Log Out / Tag Out)

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Technical knowledge in electrics, mechanics, automation,
  • Knowledge in maintenance programs (curative, preventive, predictive)
  • Knowledge in maintenance organisation, processes, structure, indicators
  • Usage of a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
  • Good knowledge of data analysis
  • Knowledge in IATF, ISO 45 001, 14001, other type of rules required by specific customer
  • Automotive standards, Problem solving, continuous improvement tools

  • Quality management system - basics
  • Basics in economics

Expectations from you in this position:

 

  • Collecting and evaluating maintenance processes data:
      • Regularly collecting data from emitted Emergency Work Order (EWO)
      • Checking consistency of collected data and monitoring of statistical parameters
      • Collecting additional information from maintenance technicians and other departments to evaluate the data.
      • Daily reporting to superiors.
  • To create a training program for maintenance technicians and to manage and coordinate training program with cooperation of HR and Maintenance Engineers and Assembly Technologists to empower technical knowledge of maintenance technicians, verifies the right implementation and content of the internal technical training for new commers and current staff
