About the Position:
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join the Production dpt. in Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Production Shop Manager.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec - Slovakia.
As the Shift Supervisor at Marelli, you will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and support your team in achieving production goals.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Direct the production team and machine operations on their shift to achieve quality output aligned with customer satisfaction, while adhering to Health and Safety standards and using resources efficiently
- Monitor KPIs: Track and evaluate key performance indicators to drive operational success.
- Support cooperation Team Leaders and Machine Leaders
- Verify the levels of required skills and polyvalence among operators.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources, such as training and equipment, to achieve set objectives efficiently.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Equivalent experience in shift production management and leadership teams in the industrial sector.
- Bachelor degree - Engineer degree equivalent
- Strong Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Good organizational and communicational skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality tools and methods.
- Microsoft office.
- Responsibility and reliability.
