About the Position:
We are looking for a Technical Trainer Specialist to join the Maintenance team in Electronics Business, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec.
As the Technical Trainer Specialist Marelli, you will develop, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs to ensure the competence and continuous upskilling of Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering staff, supporting onboarding, production processes, and compliance across the organization.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Deliver technical training for Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering staff.
- Coordinate onboarding and upskilling for new production processes.
- Organize work-study and certification programs.
- Work with production managers and HR on training needs.
- Maintain training records and procedures.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Technical education or equivalent experience.
- Experience in training or coaching technical staff.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of maintenance and engineering standards.
- Experience with digital training tools.
- Ability to design training materials.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

- Salary (gross): base salary starting at 1,800 € - the final salary depends on the candidate's experience.
