About the Position:
We are looking for a Spain Sales Senior Specialist (Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura and Canarias to join the Aftermarket Spain team.
This position is based at our office in Llinars del Valles (Barcelona).
As a "Sales Senior Specialist," reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managingand developing the customer portfolio in the assigned area, ensuring sales growth and customer loyalty.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Manage and expand the customer portfolio in the assigned area
- Identify business opportunities
- Advise customers on the product catalog and offer tailored solutions
- Meet commercial and billing targets
- Analyze the market, identify trends, and propose growth strategies
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure optimal service
- Regularly report commercial activities and results
- Partecipate to fairs and events
- Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan comercial en la zona centro y Canarias, siguiendo la estrategia de la compañía.
- Mantener y ampliar la cartera de clientes (distribuidores y talleres de la red MM Checkstar).
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Negociar acuerdos comerciales, condiciones y promociones con clientes clave.
- Realizar seguimiento de objetivos de ventas, márgenes y cuotas de mercado.
- Coordinar acciones de marketing, lanzamientos de producto y promociones en la zona.
- Analizar el mercado, la competencia y las tendencias del sector Aftermarket.
- Elaborar reportes periódicos de actividad y resultados al Director Comercial.
- Representar a la empresa en ferias, eventos y visitas de clientes estratégicos.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Minimum experience of 5 years in B2B sales in the automotive sector or similar
- Knowledge of the spare parts market and distribution in the area
- Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar
- Good knowledge of IT tools (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Negotiation skills, results-oriented, and proactive
- Communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Valid driving licence
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ventas dentro del sector Aftermarket de automoción.
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado de recambios, distribución y talleres en la zona centro.
- Formación preferiblemente en Administración de Empresas, Comercio, Marketing o similar.
- Dominio de herramientas digitales de gestión comercial (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Orientación a resultados y fuerte capacidad de negociación.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la zona asignada.
- Carné de conducir en vigor.
