About the Position:
We are looking for a Green Technologies Themal Manufacturing Engineer Specialist to join the Green Technologies Thermal Manufacturing Engineering team , reporting directly to the team leader. This position is based at our office in Ora, Gunma in Japan.
As the Themal Manufacturing Engineer Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible for the create process design, preparate production of primarily the Thermal products competitively, process design that maintains stable quality, efficient process , minimum lead time , environmentally friendly.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Designing thermal process production for assembly, brazing , clinching , leak test, final inspection, stamping press, plastic injection
- Leading involve other department staff as project leader in case of Japan project.
- Preparing, Installation and supporting manufacturing process for machine , tooling for Japan and global plant.
- Support for new project until start of production
- In Production, analysis, investigation, plan for countermeasure and implement for problem
- Create new or update existing our standard from this activity of the experience and knowledge.
- Special activities for developing future technologies and solving current technology
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Educational Background: Graduated from a technical college or university with a degree in engineering.
- Language Skills: A proactive mindset towards improving English is essential
- No asking for years of experience for this job
