About the Position:
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join the Human Resources Propulsion Solutions team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
This position is based at our office in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila..
As theHuman Resources Generalist at Marelli, you will be responsible: Daily business partnering activities to ensure the achievement of KPIs and Plant business goals.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the pre-payroll process
- Process and recruitment & selection
- Monitoring of investigations and closure of labor cases
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Academic degree (preferably Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management.
- More than 3 years of prior experience in human resources processes.
- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
- Conversational English.
