About the Position:
We are looking for a Business Developer to join the Japanese OEMs Commercial & Marketing global team acting cross Divisions of Marelli Group.
This position is based at our office in Saitam (Japan).
As the Business Developer-Key Account Management Senior Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible to identify area of potential business development for Marelli cross all the Japanese OEMs accounts.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Enterprise Relationship Building: establish and sustain pivotal relationships with key actors and stakeholders at the enterprise level wth the goal to shift left on innovative and strategic business opportunities.
- Market enablement: drive the hand in hand cooperation with Marketing department for Marelli's positioning in Customer events fostering innovative and effective communication
- Collaboration with Key Departments: Facilitate seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, R&D, and product teams to drive innovation and responsiveness to market dynamics and customer demands sharing customer's key insights and facilitating the communication among Marelli and Customer's engineering teams and other departments involved in the co-creation phase.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: At least 8-10 years in the manufacturing industry whose at least 3 years automotive sectors and preferably in an international environment covering previous roles focused on business development and hnting of new business opportunities.
- Skills: Logical thinking, international communication skills, analytical capabilities, proficiency in CRM software and sales effectiveness measurement tools.
Expectations from you in this position:
- Drive the generation of new RFI and related RFQ getting the defined target year over year
- Ensure customer's engagement and awareness about new products and new business opportunities cross Regions and cross Divisions
- Deliver actionable intelligence to influence product roadmap decisions and Marelli’s strategic growth initiatives.
