About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Security Facilities Salaried to join theManufacturing GTS team, reporting directly to the plant manager.
 

This position is based at our office in San Francisco Plant, Aguascalientes city.
 

As the Security Facilities Salaried at Marelli, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the security of the organization’s physical facilities. 

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Security Management:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect company premises.
    • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Monitoring and Surveillance:

    • Oversee surveillance systems, access control, and other security technologies to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Monitor security systems and alarms, and respond to incidents or breaches promptly.
  • Crisis Response and Incident Management:

    • Lead the response to security incidents, coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
    • Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordination and Liaison:

    • Work closely with facility management, IT, HR, and other departments to ensure integrated security efforts across the organization.
    • Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders when required.
  • Training and Development:

    • Develop and conduct security training programs for employees to enhance awareness and preparedness.
    • Keep security staff informed about new security strategies, tools, and techniques.
  • Budget and Resource Management:

    • Manage the security budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient resource allocation.
    • Oversee the maintenance and procurement of security equipment and supplies.
  • Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facility security.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and legislative changes affecting security operations.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Proven experience in security management or a related role within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of security systems, technology, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelors degree
