About the Position:

 

The HR Supervisor provides vision, leadership, and management for the Human Resources department, ensuring cost-effective practices and compliance with company policies. This role supervises employee relations and oversees all HR functions including training, employment, compensation, benefits, labor relations, safety, health, and equity programs.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Support HR management and corporate office in administering HR policies and practices.
  • Manage employee and public relations including issue resolution and investigations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Coordinate employment/staffing assessments and recommendations.
  • Supervise safety initiatives and compliance.
  • Lead training and coaching efforts for staff development.
  • Monitor accounting, budgeting, and staffing matters.
  • Administer payroll processes.
  • Direct recruitment and selection activities.
  • Prepare and manage HR reporting functions.
  • Implement miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Supervise administrative duties such as badge management and employee evaluations.
  • Communicate frequently with internal stakeholders and occasionally with external contacts.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR-related applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
  • Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Valid eligibility to work in the United States.
