About the Position:

 

We are looking for an HR Talent Management & Engagement Senior Specialist to join the Global Talent Management team, reporting directly to the Global Performance, Organization, Talent & Engagement Lead. This position can be based at our office in Sosnowiec, Poland or in Trnava, Slovakia. This role requires a presence in the office of one day per week.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving employee engagement and talent related initiatives that cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Design, implement, and coordinate initiatives and programs that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Lead and support key talent management processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and related projects
  • Ensure projects, programs and processes are run effectively, timely, and within budget
  • Facilitate training sessions on Talent, Engagement and Performance processes
  • Lead and manage global engagement survey campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness
  • Champion Marelli’s values and attributes through storytelling, campaigns, and recognition initiatives
  • Run effective global internal communications campaigns
  • Monitor talent KPIs, and analyze feedback from surveys and other channels, and present outcomes to management for strategic decision-making

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • Fluent in English
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, employee engagement, or HR related topics
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and reporting
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, global environment

Other skills that we would welcome:

 

  • Familiarity with DE&I initiatives and wellbeing programs
  • Creative mindset with experience in content creation or event planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience in leadership programs is a plus
  • Experience in SuccessFactors
  • Experience in designing and implementing engagement programs at regional or global level
