About the Position:
We are looking for a Plant HR Specialist to join the Ride Dynamics People & Rewards team, reporting directly to the Plant HR Manager.
This position is based at our office in Sulmona (Italy).
As the Plant HR Specialist at Marelli, you will support all human resources functions within a manufacturing plant environment. This role ensures effective workforce management, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, and alignment of HR practices with production and operational goals in a fast-paced automotive setting.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Focus on Health and Safety Culture and Mindset
- Workforce Planning & Staffing: Ensures the plant has the right number of employees with the required skills by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and workforce allocation based on production needs.
- Employee Relations: Manages day-to-day interactions with employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Training & Development: Supports employee growth by defining training budget, organizing training programs, tracking skill development, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.Supports employee growth by organizing training programs, tracking skill development, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives
- Labor Relations & Compliance: Ensures adherence to labor laws, company policies, and collective agreements, while supporting interactions with unions and handling disciplinary processes when needed.
- HR Operations & Reporting: Maintains accurate HR data, manages administrative processes, and prepares reports and metrics to support decision-making and monitor workforce trends.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Degree (preferably Management / Law / Psychology)
- English - very good level of knowledge
