About the Position:
We are looking for a [Malaysia Sales] to join the [Department + Division/ Function] team, reporting directly to the [Export sales Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Malaysia].
As the [APAC Malaysia Sales manager] at Marelli, you will be responsible for completing company sales and profit target, presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients, open new local distributors in responsible area, establishing target in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share or business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals to achieve fast growth in Asean area especially in Malaysia.
Your Responsibilities will be:

- Responsible for completing company sales and profit target.Electronic measurements, analyses and tests on vehicles for the training courses’ creation.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, open new local distributors in responsible area
- Implement channel development plan for assigned products, secure new business opportunities with current and potential customers to match the main BL target of business growth for the next year
- Establish target in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share or business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are strategic important to the organization
- Development of a revolving sales planning(e.g. 6 months forecast based on yearly target)
- Designs and recommends sales programs and establishes short and long-term sales strategies, especially on new project
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor degree and above
- More than 3 years in Independent Aftermarket Automotive experience in Malaysia, preferably with Japanese automotive companies or MNC IAM background with the ability to create new customer relationships
- Good spoken and written English is mandatory. Chinese are nice to have
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
