About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Site HR Specialist  to join the Lighting HR team, reporting directly to the Site HR Manager
 

This position is based at our office in Tolmezzo.
 

As the Site HR Specialist at Marelli, you will support the HR function in managing the plant human capital.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Manage recruitment processes, respecting defined budgets and forecasts.
  • Coordinate employee training, especially onboarding programs for new hires, including organization, tracking, and evaluation of course effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems for all staff, covering technical and behavioral aspects.
  • Maintain effective employee relations, addressing requests, complaints, and other matters.
  • Manage internal communication initiatives.
  • Ensure implementation of Group attributes within the organization.
