About the Position:
We are looking for a GT Toluca Launch Management to join the NPL + GT Toluca team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Toluca.
As the GT Toluca Launch Management at Marelli, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the launch of new engineering projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget targets are met.
Your Responsibilities will be:
• Lead and manage new product/project launches from concept to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement)
• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Monitor progress and resolve technical challenges
• Communicate project status to stakeholders
• Support process optimization for new launches
• Document project outcomes and lessons learned
What Qualifications you will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in project engineering or related role
