About the Position:
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Maintenance, GT team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Toluca.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and supervise maintenance teams ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
•Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on equipment and machinery.
•Oversee maintenance documentation, logs, spare part inventory, and work order management.
•Train and mentor maintenance staff; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
•Develop and implement maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and improvement initiatives.
•Coordinate with other departments for seamless facility operations and projects.
What Qualifications you will bring:
•Proven experience in industrial maintenance supervision (typically 5+ years).
•Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance systems.
•Leadership and team management skills.
•Ability to interpret technical documents and maintenance manuals.
•Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
•Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
•Relevant technical diploma/degree preferred.

2.Planning: Develop maintenance schedules and emergency response strategies.
