About the Position:
We are looking for a Hardcoating Engineer to join the Manufacturing in Marelli team, reporting directly to the Manager.
This position is based at our office in Toluca
As the Hardcoating Engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
Optimización de Procesos de Pintura
- Evaluar y modificar rutinas de laqueo para mejorar eficiencia y acabado, integrando tecnología avanzada.
- Monitorear y reducir el consumo de pintura/materiales, implementando métodos para reducir desperdicio y medir impacto económico.
- Investigar y validar nuevos materiales de recubrimiento, especialmente aquellos con propiedades mejoradas.
Gestión de Proyectos de Laqueo
- Planificar proyectos definiendo alcance, objetivos, cronograma y recursos.
- Coordinar ejecución y seguimiento con distintos departamentos usando herramientas de gestión y facilitando colaboración interdepartamental.
- Garantizar roles y responsabilidades claras.
Documentación y Control de Procesos
- Redactar y mantener manuales de operación actualizados.
- Documentar parámetros clave y realizar auditorías internas.
- Actualizar y archivar documentación técnica de manera regular.
Control de Calidad y Mejora Continua
- Revisar AMEF y planes de control para identificar riesgos y asegurar robustez.
- Liderar iniciativas de mejora (Kaizen), medir resultados y documentar avances.
- Coordinar auditorías y generar reportes, proponiendo acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en supervisión de procesos de pintura
Ingles Avanzado
Conocimientos en:
IATF-16949
ISO-14001
ISO-45001
Proceso de Laqueo
Manejo d viscosidad de la pintura
Métodos de aplicación
Antifog
HIO
AMEF
Kaizen
OEE
