About the Position:
We are looking for a MFE Engineer to join the MFE, Lighting, Mrelli team, reporting directly to the Shop Manager.
This position is based at our office in Toluca, Mexico
As the MFE Engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
The MFE Engineer is responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing feasibility engineering processes at Marelli. The goal is to ensure technical validation of new product launches and process changes, supporting operational excellence and compliance with quality and industry standards.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Skilled in MS Office; experience with CAD tools is a plus.

Expectations from you in this position:
- Perform manufacturing feasibility studies for new products, engineering changes, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) to identify risks and propose solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for feasibility analyses, risk assessments, and process recommendations.
- Participate in the implementation of process changes and provide technical support to production teams.
- Track and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
