About the Position:
We are looking for a MPF Specialist to join the PPC + Marelli Planta Toluca team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Marelli Toluca.
As the MPF Specialist at Marelli
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Define the correct workload balances to maximize line production by optimizing the use of machinery, direct labor, and materials.
- Update SAP routings.
- Complete monthly reports.
- Calculate labor losses.
- Calculate production capacities (pre-production and assembly.
- Define pieces per hour and direct labor requirements.
- Design and implement lean projects.
- Support activities defined by the Area Manager.

Expectations from you in this position:
- Industrial Engineering or related field
- Intermiediate English
- 2 years of experience in process, industrial or assembly areas
- Understand and comply with quality standards
- Optimize the efficiency of your activities to reduce unnecessary costs without comrpomising product quality
