About the Position:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Specialist  to join the Maintenance department GT team, reporting directly to the manager.
 
This position is based at our office in Toluca city.
 
As the Manufacturing Engineer Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible to provide advanced engineering support for the maintenance department, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing equipment and processes.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment.
 - Analyze equipment performance data; identify chronic failures and develop root cause solutions.
 - Lead equipment troubleshooting efforts and support maintenance technicians in solving complex problems.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
 - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and maintenance practices.
 - Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
 - Ensure compliance with Marelli safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
 - Maintain and update technical documentation for machinery and maintenance procedures.
 - Provide training and technical guidance to maintenance personnel.
 - Assist in planning and management of maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital projects.
 
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
 - 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive or industrial sectors.
 - Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, reliability engineering, or process improvement.
 - Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Proficient in using CMMS and data analysis tools.
 - Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
