Sobre la posición:
Estamos buscando un NPI Technician (New Product Introduction Technician) profesional técnico que apoya la introducción de nuevos productos en entornos industriales o manufactureros. Con experiencia con clientes como: Stellantis, VW, Audi, Tesla.
Responsabilidades:
- Ayuda en la transferencia de diseños (luminarias, faros, etc.) desde el área de ingeniería a producción.
- Verifica que prototipos cumplan especificaciones técnicas y normas automotrices (como ISO, IATF).
- Realiza pruebas de funcionalidad, durabilidad y resistencia (temperatura, vibración, humedad) de sistemas de iluminación.
- Documenta resultados y sugiere mejoras al diseño o proceso.
- Detecta y corrige fallas en prototipos, líneas piloto o primeras series de producción.
- Colabora en análisis de causa raíz junto con calidad e ingeniería.
- Genera y actualiza instructivos de operación, hojas de ruta, registros de pruebas y reportes de desviaciones.
- Verifica que los requisitos de los clientes (OEMs) y del sistema de calidad Marelli (IATF 16949, ISO) se cumplan.
Cualificaciones:
- Conocimiento en sistemas eléctricos y electrónicos automotrices.
- Manejo de equipos de medición y pruebas ópticas.
- Certificación IATF 16949 (calidad automotriz).
- Experiencia en manejo de software de pruebas y reporting.
- Experiencia en procesos de inyección de plástico para industria automotriz
