About the Position:

 

Estamos buscando un/a Plant Quality Specialist (METRÓLOGO) para unirse al equipo de Calidad GT, reportando directamente al supervisor de calidad.

Esta posición está ubicada en nuestra oficina de Toluca.

El Metrologo es responsable de asegurar que los instrumentos de medición y calibración utilizados en los procesos de producción y control de calidad cumplan con las especificaciones técnicas, normativas y estándares de Marelli. 

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

Tus responsabilidades serán:

  • Supervisa la calibración, inspección y mantenimiento de equipos, promoviendo la mejora continua y garantizando la confiabilidad de los resultados. 
  • Realizar la calibración y verificación de instrumentos de medición y equipos de laboratorio.
  • Documentar y registrar resultados de calibraciones, verificaciones y ajustes, manteniendo la trazabilidad.
  • Gestionar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos de medición.
  • Colaborar con áreas de producción y calidad para resolver dudas técnicas relacionadas con metrología.
  • Promover el cumplimiento de normativas internas y externas (ISO/IEC, etc.) en temas de metrología.
  • Participar en auditorías internas y externas, contribuyendo con evidencia técnica y documentación.
  • Proponer mejoras en procedimientos de medición y calibración para optimizar la eficiencia y precisión.
  • Capacitar al personal sobre el uso y cuidado adecuado de los instrumentos de medición.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

Requisitos:

  • Técnico o Ingeniería en Metrología, Mecatrónica, Electrónica, o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en laboratorios de metrología o calidad.
  • Conocimiento de normativas relacionadas con calibración e instrumentos de medición.
  • Manejo de equipos de medición: micrómetros, calibradores, comparadores, máquinas CMM, etc.
  • Habilidad para interpretar planos mecánicos y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Orientación a la calidad y atención al detalle.
  • Manejo de software especializado de metrología y documentación
