About the Position:
We are looking for a Production Maintenance Specialist to join the Manufacturing GT team, reporting directly to the Maintenance general supervisor.
This position is based at our office in Toluca Plant.
As the Production Maintenance Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and reliability of equipment, facilities, and systems within the organization
Your Responsibilities will be:

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures and malfunctions.

Coordinate with operations teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and part usage.

Develop and review maintenance procedures and protocols.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all activities.

Provide technical support and training to junior staff or technicians.

Assist in the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and consumables.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field; diploma acceptable with experience
- Minimum 2-4 years in a maintenance engineering or technical role
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems; proficiency in troubleshooting and repairs; familiarity with maintenance management systems
