Estamos buscando un Tecnico de Moldes para lineas de ensamble en Marelli Automotive Lighting & Sensing
Con experiencia con clientes como: Stellantis, VW, Audi, Tesla.
Respinsabilidades
- Inspección y diagnóstico diario para detectar desgaste o daño en moldes, utilizando instrumentos de medición precisos.
- Ejecución de mantenimiento correctivo: desmontaje, reparación por soldadura TIG, rectificado y pulido de componentes.
- Implementación de programas de mantenimiento preventivo con limpieza, lubricación y sustitución de piezas consumibles.
- Manejo de maquinaria especializada (fresadora, torno, EDM), asegurando calibración y óptimo estado de equipos.
- Análisis de ciclos y calidad, proponiendo mejoras en procesos y diseño de moldes para optimizar eficiencia y producto.
- Evaluación y selección de proveedores, supervisando servicios externos y asegurando estándares de calidad.
- Registro detallado de actividades de mantenimiento y elaboración de informes periódicos.
- Capacitación y asesoría técnica al personal, resolviendo problemas de calidad y funcionamiento.
- Garantía de cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y salud, y supervisión del uso adecuado del equipo de protección.
