About the Position:
El Técnico en Robótica GT es responsable de garantizar la operación óptima, mantenimiento y mejora continua de los sistemas robotizados utilizados en los procesos de manufactura de Marelli. Participa en la instalación, programación, solución de problemas y reparación de robots industriales, asegurando la eficiencia y seguridad en las líneas de producción.
Your Responsibilities will be:
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de robots industriales y periféricos asociados.
- Ejecutar diagnósticos y reparación de fallas en sistemas robotizados.
- Programar, ajustar y optimizar rutinas de los robots para maximizar la productividad y calidad.
- Apoyar en la instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos robots y sistemas automatizados.
- Documentar todas las actividades de mantenimiento, programación y mejoras realizadas.
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad industrial y estándares de calidad de Marelli.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Ingeniería y Producción para resolver problemas técnicos e implementar mejoras.
- Capacitar a operadores y personal en el correcto manejo y operación de robots.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y actualización tecnológica.
What Qualifications you will bring:
REQUISITOS
Requisitos:
- Técnico superior universitario o carrera técnica en Robótica, Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Automatización o afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en mantenimiento o programación de robots industriales (ABB, KUKA, FANUC, etc.).
- Conocimientos en control, programación de robots, sensores y actuadores.
- Capacidad de diagnóstico y solución de problemas técnicos.
- Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, planos mecánicos y manuales técnicos.
- Manejo de herramientas de software de programación de robots.
- Orientación a la seguridad, calidad y mejora continua.
