About the Position:
El Técnico en Dobladora GT es responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento, mantenimiento y optimización de las máquinas dobladoras utilizadas en los procesos de manufactura de Marelli
Your Responsibilities will be:

Responsabilidades Principales:
- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de dobladoras y equipos auxiliares.
- Ejecutar diagnósticos y reparación de fallas mecánicas, eléctricas o electrónicas en las dobladoras.
- Ajustar parámetros de operación para asegurar la conformidad del producto según los estándares de calidad.
- Apoyar en la instalación, puesta en marcha y calibración de nuevas dobladoras.
- Documentar actividades de mantenimiento, ajustes realizados y mejoras implementadas.
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad industrial y calidad de Marelli.
- Colaborar con los equipos de producción y calidad para resolver problemas técnicos y optimizar procesos.
- Capacitar a operadores en el manejo, ajuste y mantenimiento básico de las dobladoras.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora y actualización de equipos.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Principales requisitos
- Técnico superior universitario o carrera técnica en Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en mantenimiento y operación de dobladoras industriales.
- Conocimiento de sistemas mecánicos, hidráulicos, eléctricos y electrónicos.
- Habilidad para diagnosticar y solucionar problemas técnicos en maquinaria industrial.
- Capacidad para interpretar planos, diagramas y manuales técnicos.
- Manejo de herramientas y software relacionados con el ajuste y control de dobladoras.
- Orientación a la seguridad, calidad y mejora continua.
