About the Position:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join the Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Shop Manager.
This position is based at our office in Lerma, Toluca.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Lead the activities of team leaders and production techinicians during the shift operation.
- Ensure proper management of the production plan through solid 5's programs.
- Lead problem-solving for incidents on each production line, developing effective action plans.
- Support Management in overall planning, including capacity, new launches, and other operational needs.
- Collaborate with all departments to drive process improvements.
- Mantain frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders on various matters.
- Implement tools and programs, increasing operational flexibility across departments.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Adcaned English level (B2-C1).
- 5 Years of experience in manufacturing enviroments.
- 2+ Years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of KPI's management.
- Experience managing shift operations and workforce planning.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, Poka-Yoke).
- Deliver on time according to established timeliness.
Expectations from you in this position:
- Ensure proper material delivery by verifying that containers are correctly identified, labeled and comply with established packing standars.
- Take responsability for the prper care and production use of available resources.
- Lead the activities of team leaders and production technicians during dauly shift operations.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance quality and reduce waste and/ or errors.
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a positive work environment
