About the Position:
El IBC Técnico de Logística GT es responsable de asegurar la eficiente gestión y el flujo de materiales, componentes y productos dentro de la planta y hacia los clientes. Realiza actividades de control, seguimiento y optimización de operaciones logísticas, garantizando la disponibilidad de insumos, el cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega y la mejora continua en los procesos de logística de Marelli.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Responsabilidades Principales:
- Coordinar y monitorear el movimiento de materiales, insumos y productos según los requerimientos de producción y entrega.
- Registrar y documentar entradas, salidas y transferencias de mercancías en los sistemas logísticos.
- Apoyar en la planificación de rutas, transporte y almacenamiento, optimizando costos y tiempos.
- Colaborar con áreas de producción, almacén y compras para asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales y el cumplimiento de la programación.
- Realizar inventarios físicos y conciliaciones con sistemas de gestión.
- Proponer y participar en iniciativas de mejora continua para la eficiencia logística.
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, procedimientos internos y requisitos de calidad de Marelli.
- Capacitar al personal operativo en procedimientos logísticos y uso adecuado de sistemas.
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con logística y supply chain.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Requisitos:

- Técnico superior universitario o carrera técnica en Logística, Administración Industrial, Ingeniería, o afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en operaciones logísticas, supply chain o almacenes industriales.
- Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión logística y software relacionado (ERP, WMS, etc.).
- Habilidad para resolver problemas y optimizar procesos logísticos.
- Orientación a la calidad, eficiencia y seguridad.
- Manejo de inventarios y documentación logística.
