About the Position:
We are looking for an Innovation Mechatronic Manager to join the Innovation Ride Dynamics Team, reporting directly to the Head of Product Management and Innovation.
This position is based at our office in Torino.
As the Innovation Mechatronic Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible to supervise a team of mechanics/SW and mechatronics who develop new by-wire technologies for automotive application (Full Active Systems).
Your Responsibilities will be:
- analyze technology and propose improvements along with the development phase of the technology
- coordinate a team for the phase of assembly of the mechanical and hydraulic subsystems of the technology along the development phase and able to support manufacturing team for improvement and diagnosis during production
- coordinate and support diagnosis in the development phase for mechanics, SW and mechatronics
- support the development of testing plan in the field of mechanics, SW, and mechatronics
- interact with WW customer for development, problem tracking, follow up and resolution
- manage with own responsibility customer requirements, requirement analysis, requirements interpretation.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in automotive field for product development
- Fluency in English - Chinese language is a plus
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Good knowledge on Functional Safety and Cybersercurity
- Good knowledge on Hardware Electronics and Software
- Excellent skills on AMESIM / SIMULINK SUITE / ADAMS / Mathcad
- Good skills on d-Space / CANAPE
- Basic knowledge in CAD
