About the Position:
We are looking for a PLM Project Manager & AMS Coordinator to join the Industrial Process Digitalization team, reporting to the Digital Product Lifecycle Manager.
This position is based in one of our offices in Italy.
As the PLM Project Manager & AMS Coordinator at Marelli, you will be responsible to support the governance of ONEPLM and other PLM systems used across Marelli’s divisions, coordinating AMS activities, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the PLM suppliers.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate Application Management Service(AMS) activities for ONEPLM and other PLM platforms, organizing regular meetings with the service suppliers to monitor and review service status and performance.
- Support the AMS team in managing and prioritize tickets, facilitate troubleshooting, and oversee timely issue resolution.
- Provide technical support for PLM area projects and assist in project management activities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and deliverables align with business objectives and organizational standards.
- Monitor and follow up on AMS-managed developments (small enhancements), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Efficiently communicate and interact with key application stakeholders, methodological teams, and cross-functional Digital teams.
- Collaborate on system enhancements, process improvements, and deployment of new PLM functionalities.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree on Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science (scientific disciplines), Engineering or similar
- At least 2 years with experience on DigITal projects
- Experience in ticket management systems
- Good written and spoken English level (business fluency required).
- Basic knowledge of IT architectures, including networks, client/server operating systems, and databases.
- Basic knowledge of CAD design
- Fundamental understanding of Siemens Teamcenter PLM systems and engineering processes implemented in it (BOM management, change management, CAD design, release for industrialization).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
