About the Position:
We are looking for a GBS Supply Chain Project Specialist to join the Supply Chain Operations team, reporting directly to the GBS SCM EMEA Director.
This position is based at our office in Trnava.
Your Responsibilities will be:
• Support project performance reporting as directed by the GBS Supply Chain Project Lead.
• Support data management, maintenance, updates, and validation as required by the project or activity.
• Document, create, and regularly update work instructions for assigned projects and activities to ensure they are current.
• Support communication with internal and external customers and provide updates as needed.
• Provide comprehensive support for all SCM projects and initiatives as required.
• Maintain and deliver reports within set deadlines.
• Support data validation, cleansing, and updates in the ERP system according to current business requirements.
What Qualifications you will bring:
• Education in business or relevant professional experience with a focus on corporate management, industrial engineering, or manufacturing.
• C1 level English is mandatory; local languages may be required. Italian language is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supply chain management department.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage (SAP).
