About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Nurse to join the Electronics Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Plant Doctor.
 

This position is based at our office in Tepotzotlan, México.

The Nurse provides onsite healthcare support and guidance to employees in an electronics manufacturing facility. This role ensures a safe and healthy work environment by offering medical assistance, promoting workplace wellness, and supporting the implementation of occupational health standards. ....

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Provide immediate medical care for workplace injuries, illnesses, and emergencies
  • Conduct health assessments and monitor employee wellness
  • Maintain accurate records of injuries, illnesses, and medical interventions
  • Deliver health education and safety training to staff
  • Coordinate workplace vaccination and health programs
  • Assist with regulatory compliance, including OSHA and local health requirements
  • Monitor plant hygiene and recommend improvements
  • Liaise with local healthcare providers as needed

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license, valid and in good standing
  • Diploma or degree in Nursing; occupational health training preferable
  • CPR and First Aid certification required
  • Experience in industrial or occupational health settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and workplace safety practices

  • Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding employee health information
