About the Position:
We are looking for a [工厂EHS经理 Plant EHS Manager] to join the [EHS GTS-TS] team, reporting directly to the [YuDong Chen].
This position is based at our office in [MCW 无锡].
As the [工厂EHS经理 Plant EHS Manager] at Marelli, you will 负责公司的EHS全盘事务，保证公司在EHS方面的正常运营
Your Responsibilities will be:
1、EHS管理体系的建设、运行和维护；
2、组织开展ISO14001和45001EHS管理体系的认证工作和安全生产标准化工作，编制、优化公司管理安全管理制度与流程；
3、推进公司隐患排查治理及风险管控工作，组织、执行公司安全检查并监督整改；
4、公司专项安全活动的策划和组织实施，并及时总结、评比；
5、组织开展公司各类安全会议，并督促会议决议执行；
6、负责新建、改建、扩建的”三同时“验收及相关手续的办理，使其符合EHS技术要求；
7、开展对特种设备及特种作业人员安全管理；有危废管理经验；
8、针对相关方开展安全管理，规范危险作业管理；
9、负责与政府相关部门及马瑞利总部对接安全、环保等工作。
What Qualifications you will bring:
1、本科以上学历，安全工程、环境工程等相关专业；
2、5年以上EHS工作经验，汽车行业背景尤佳；
3、熟悉EHS相关的法规要求
4、具备高度的责任意识，良好的抗压能力、际沟通能力、问题解决能力、团队协作能力；
5、熟练使用office办公软件（Word、PPT、Excel），良好的数据汇总能力；
6、熟练掌握英语，作为工作语言。
