About the Position:

 

We are looking for a[Plant Manufacturing Manager who will join GT-TS Shop team , this position is based at our office in WUXI.

Your Responsibilities will be:

1. Develop the annual activity plan to align with Shops' annual objectives, follow up on implementation after approval from superiors, conduct monthly policy management, and regularly report progress and outcomes to higher management.

2. Organize and lead daily QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) improvement meetings, analyze root causes of market-rejected defects, propose and supervise corrective actions, guide the team in achieving internal process quality targets, and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Regularly monitor production performance targets, identify issues, organize internal team improvement initiatives, guide subordinates in optimizing standard work procedures, shorten lead times, and improve overall operational efficiency.

4. Manage in-house raw material cost budgeting, drive budget achievement, and guide subordinate teams in implementing cost reduction and efficiency enhancement activities.

5. Promote improvements in CKPS (Company Kaizen Performance System) within the department, organize and execute related initiatives according to Shops' activity plans, and ensure the accomplishment of set goals.

6. Develop internal training programs based on departmental education plans, oversee implementation progress, comprehensively guide and monitor subordinates’ daily performance, and manage annual performance evaluations for team members.

What Qualifications you will bring:

1. Associate degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in workshop site management within the machinery industry.

2. Familiar with TS certification systems and industrial engineering (IE) knowledge, capable of proficiently using office automation software for daily operations.

3. Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills; excellent organizational, coordination, and communication abilities; proactive improvement mindset; able to lead teams in continuously optimizing on-site management.

4. Associate degree or higher; candidates with a background in mechanical manufacturing or related engineering fields are preferred.
